Welcome to Bill Devlin's Wood World at Arnprior, near Ottawa, Ontario. We carry a wide variety of quality hardwoods & pine lumber, as well as solid wood panels of any width [pre-ordered].
Our wood is dried in a modern electronically controlled kiln, on site, at an optimal pace to produce top grade lumber.
Kiln drying is necessary to reduce the water content of wood to roughly 8%-
the recommended level for wood that will be used in heated houses.[For more on kiln drying click here.] We do not rush the process.
All our stock is on open display, and, we also carry shorts & project pieces for that special small project.You are free to go through the bins to pick only those pieces you want. We are also equipped to dress your lumber if required.
